Starting September 1, 2024, a new platform CVS/e4ethics 2.0 is available for submitting your events. Please ensure that events are submitted at least 50 days before their start date.
For events taking place in Mecomed region, please continue to submit on the old CVS platform until further notice. For issues related to the Mecomed submissions, please contact Ruba Khasati (ruba.khasati@mecomed.com) from Mecomed team.
Please note that, after September 15, 2024, submissions will no longer be accepted in the “old” CVS system.
If you have already submitted an event for 2025, you can re-submit it on the new platform for a faster review. Be sure to specify the EMT number from the old platform in the new submission.
